• Returns and exchanges are only accepted on MERCHANIDSE ONLY, snack boxes are non-refundable & exchangeable. 

• Please email us at fanbox.vei@gmail.com to initiate the return process. It must be within 2 weeks from purchase to be acceptable. All funds will be refunded to the card of purchase. 

• Exchanges are only limited to within the same Merchandise Box. ex; A Medium Star Wars shirt can only be refunded, or exchanged for a different size Star Wars shirt, not a Princess Shirt.

• We do reserve the right to deny refunds if deemed ineligible.
